John Shinkowsky, CPP, CII, our founder, is a licensed Pennsylvania Private Investigator with extensive law enforcement and private investigation experience. He has received awards for Academic Excellence and Highest Overall Average during his tenure at the Municipal Police Academy at Harrisburg Area Community College in Harrisburg, PA. After serving as a patrol officer, John reached the rank of Sergeant with the Tower City Police Department in Schuylkill County, PA, and was subsequently promoted to Chief of Police with the Elizabethville Police Department in Dauphin County, PA. During his tenure as Chief of Police, John's leadership resulted in the police department being awarded multiple accolades, including a Governor's Highway Safety Award, an International Association of Chiefs of Police Chiefs Challenge Award, National Safety Belt Honor Roll, and a Traffic Safety Education Award.
