RCS Investigations & Consultants

Our history and who we are: Since the company opened in 2006, RCS Investigations and Consulting has provided background and administrative investigative services to police and fire departments, private companies, and public entities, primarily in the Southern California region. The four RCS owners are retired California police managers and supervisors. There are forty retired police investigators under the owners' supervision.

Our mission is to provide clients with superior investigative and consulting services. RCS Investigations will provide a confidential and ethical work products completed in a timely manner with competitive pricing. RCS partners are committed to provide services in a professional manner and in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, as well as in a workman like manner according to the standards identified in the industry as established by the California Bureau of Investigative Services. All reports will include an investigative summary of witness statements, findings, and interview transcripts. Clients will receive confidential updates throughout the investigation with a detailed written report upon conclusion.
