The Team

At the heart of APIA is a team of dedicated professionals with a wealth of experience and expertise. Bart Goodwin, our Managing Member, is a Vietnam Veteran who retired as a Sergeant from the Arizona Department of Public Safety (State Police) after more than 20 years of service. With a background in various law enforcement bureaus, Bart brings a unique perspective to our investigative services.

Tom Grove, our Associate Investigator, holds a Master's degree in Finance and a major in Safety and Risk Management. With a background in the military and law enforcement, Tom's expertise includes polygraph examinations, corporate security, and crisis management.

Georgia Goodwin, another Associate Investigator, is a skilled undercover operative with a background in corporate entertainment and a license to practice private investigation. Her expertise lies in providing extensive secret shopper type investigations in the restaurant and hotel industries.

Christopher Goodwin, a licensed investigator and member of the LLC, has experience in the wireless industry, hotel management, and internal investigations. His expertise includes resolving complex issues with customers, vendors, and employees.

Investigation Services

Our experienced investigators provide comprehensive background investigations for a variety of clients. All requests must comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other Federal laws and employment regulations governing background investigations.
