Our leadership team includes Wayne Owens, a Special Agent of the FBI with extensive experience in investigating major fraud cases, including the Lincoln Savings & Loan/Charles Keating scandal and the San Diego serial rapist case. Arnie Gerardo, a Special Agent of the FBI with expertise in investigative services in Mexico, executive protection, and kidnapping and airport security. Norm Belsterling, a former Deputy Sheriff of San Diego County and Police Officer of Oceanside, CA, with experience in executive protection and asset searches. Cristopher J. Toledo, a former Resident Agent in Charge of the United States Secret Service, with expertise in transnational organized criminal investigations and VIP/executive protection.
