Office Management and Scheduling
The office is managed by Goodenow Associates Investigations LLC, a full service detective agency, not a government agency or TSA. The reviewer had to reschedule their appointment after the agency canceled their initial appointment.
Check-in Process
The reviewer and two other customers were told to come back at 1 pm despite arriving 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. The scheduling instructions advise to show up 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.
TSA Pre-check Application Process
To complete the TSA Pre-check application, applicants need to take a picture without bangs, earrings, or anything that covers their face and ears. Proof of U.S.A citizenship, such as a passport or state-issued birth certificate, is required. For those with a name change, documents proving the previous and current name must be provided. The office only accepts major credit cards, cashier's checks, and money orders for the fee.
Customer Service
The reviewer was frustrated that the employee processing applications left for lunch without ensuring a replacement was available to take clients. However, once the process started, it was seamless.
