McMahon & Associates is a distinguished collaboration of Florida licensed private investigators, providing a comprehensive range of investigative services. Established in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, we have been serving the Broward County community and beyond for many years. Our headquarters are strategically located in close proximity to Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties, enabling us to efficiently cater to the needs of our clients in these areas as well. While we are based in Florida, we are prepared to conduct investigations both within and outside the United States.

Our founder, Rory McMahon, brings a wealth of experience to the firm. He served as a U.S. Probation and Parole Officer in the Southern District of New York and the Southern District of Florida, overseeing organized crime figures in both jurisdictions. In 1990, Rory became a licensed private investigator in Florida and has since earned several prestigious certifications. He is a Certified Legal Investigator (CLI), a distinction held by fewer than seventy-five investigators worldwide. He is also a Board-Certified Criminal Defense Investigator (CCDI), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
